Family Discounts:

If you are enrolled in 2 lessons per family each week, we offer a 10% discount off the second lesson. If you are enrolled in 3 or more lessons per family each week, we offer a 10% discount off the second lesson, and a 20% discount off the third lesson.

Payment Policy

Lesson payments are due upfront on a monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable. Effective September 1st, 2026 we require a credit card on file to hold your lesson spot. (This card will NOT automatically be charged unless you choose to sign up for Autopay). Please email musicloftbridgewater@gmail.com if you would like to enroll in Autopay.

Monthly lesson payments can be made via your payment method of choice (cash, check made payable to The Music Loft, or credit card). If payment is not received by the 8th day of the month, your card on file will automatically be charged.

Cancellation & Makeup Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson, please contact the studio via email (musicloftbridgewater@gmail.com) or 508-279-4903 no later than 9am on the day of your lesson to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Due to a high volume of students, the Music Loft allows 1 makeup lesson per each trimester:

September - December

January - April

May - August

Failure to give any cancellation notice is considered a “No Show” for the lesson and is not eligible to be made up. Any cancellation made past 9am on the day of a lesson is considered a “Late Cancel” and is not eligible to be made up. 

To schedule your makeup lesson, you must contact the office to check teacher availability and we will schedule it for you. Unscheduled makeup lessons will expire at the end of each trimester.

* Please note: If we do not receive an email response from you when scheduling your makeup lesson, the lesson will be forfeited. Any unattended makeup lessons will not be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule makeup lessons once they have been scheduled.
