PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are due in full, monthly in advance by the first day of each month. All payments are non-refundable. We accept payment in either cash, check, or credit card. Checks can be made payable to The Music Loft.Please note, payments will fluctuate depending on how many weeks there are in a particular month. Payments are due in full, reflecting the total number of weeks per month. If you need to cancel a lesson, you must contact the studio either by email (musicloftbridgewater@gmail.com) or phone call (508-279-4903) no later than 9am on the day of the lesson to be eligible for a makeup. Failure to give any cancellation notice is considered a “No Show” for the lesson and is charged as a regular lesson. The Music Loft allows 1 makeup lesson per quarter (4 makeups a year). (September-November). (December-February), (March-May), (June-August) Any unused makeup lessons will expire at the end of each quarter. The office will reach out via email to schedule your makeup lesson. * Please note if we do not receive an email response your makeup lesson will be forfeited** In addition to the 4 makeups per year allotted, we allow 1 emergency/sick related cancelation PER YEAR.

PICK UP/DROP OFF

The Music Loft is not responsible for students before/after their scheduled lesson or class.. During this time, all students must be supervised by an adult.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I authorize The Music Loft to allow my child’s photo to appear in promotional and educational materials without identification. I understand that The Music Loft uses social media outlets (such as Facebook and Instagram).

PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Music Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Please leave valuables at home.

WAIVER

I realize that while The Music Loft endeavors to take reasonable and appropriate safety precautions, participation in supervised lessons and rehearsals involve some risk of injury. I hereby release and hold harmless The Music Loft from any liability, actions, and claims on account of injuries of any type or nature incurred in connection with my child’s participation in this program. In case of a medical emergency where I am not immediately available, I authorize The Music Loft staff to take all actions reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the health of my child. I give my permission for The Music Loft to attain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. *By signing below, I agree to The Music Loft’s terms and policies.*
