Family Discount:

If you are enrolled in 2 lessons per family each week, we offer a 10% discount off the second lesson

Multiple Lesson Discount:

If you are enrolled in 3 or more lessons per family each week, we offer a 10% discount off the second lesson, and a 20% discount off the third lesson

Payment Policy

Lesson payments are due on a monthly basis on the 1st day of each month. Invoices are sent out via email and you may pay online or at the front desk. All payments are non-refundable.

We accept payment in either cash, credit card, or check made payable to The Music Loft. 

Please note, payments will fluctuate depending on how many weeks there are in a particular month. Payments are due in full, reflecting the total number of weeks per month. 

Cancellation & Makeup Policy

If you need to cancel a lesson, you must contact the studio either by email (musicloftbridgewater@gmail.com) or phone call (508-279-4903) no later than 9am on the day of the lesson to be eligible for a makeup. Failure to give any cancellation notice is considered a “No Show” for the lesson and is charged as a regular lesson. The Music Loft allows 1 makeup lesson per quarter (September-November, December-February, March-May, and June-August) 

Any unused makeup lessons will expire at the end of each quarter. The office will reach out via email to schedule your makeup lesson. * Please note if we do not receive an email response your makeup lesson will be forfeited. Any unattended makeup lessons will not be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule makeup lessons once they have been scheduled, unless the makeup lesson is due to a teachers absence*

One-Time Per Year Sick/Emergency Cancellation:

In addition to our standing cancellation policy, we allow 1 extra makeup lesson per year (September - September) for any cancellations made on the day of your lesson after 9am that are due to an emergency or sickness.  

In the event that your teacher needs to cancel a lesson:

We will always provide a makeup lesson for any teacher cancellations in addition to your allotted 4 makeup lessons per year.
